Return Policy
The Customer reserves the right to return products within ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt, at their own expense. The 10-day period for exercising this right begins on the day following the Customer’s receipt of the product. In the case of multiple items ordered with separate deliveries, the right to return applies from the day after receiving the last product.
Returns are only accepted if products are returned in their original, unused, and sealed condition, with all security tags and the purchase receipt included. If these conditions are not met, a refund will NOT be issued.
Instructions for Returning a Product
- Cash on Delivery: If the initial payment was made by cash on delivery, please send your bank account details to info@skinne.gr or call (+30) 2296028699 (09:00 - 14:00) so we can process your refund.
- Credit or Debit Card: For purchases made with a credit or debit card, the refund will be processed through the same card used for the purchase.
Note: To return a product, please complete the “Return Form” and include it in your package. If you wish to cancel or modify your order after completion, contact us within two (2) hours at info@skinne.gr or (+30) 2296028699.
The refund process will begin once the returned product is received and approved.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error by the company (e.g., shipment of a defective or incorrect product). In such cases, the company will cover the return shipping costs and complete the refund within ten (10) business days.
Product Return Process
- Ensure that the product meets the return conditions as outlined in the Return Policy.
- Fill out the “Return Form” with your order number and include it in the package.
- Once we receive and approve your return, a confirmation email will be sent, informing you that the refund will be processed within ten (10) business days. Please securely package the product along with the “Return Form” and a copy of the receipt, and send it within ten (10) days from the date of receipt to the following address:
