How to Use
Shake well before use to ensure the oil phase is fully blended with the water phase.
Apply a few drops to a cotton pad, place gently on eyes or lips for a few seconds (do not rub!), then wipe away softly.
Repeat until makeup is completely removed, then rinse away any residue with lukewarm water.
